This unique blend of pure essential oils is refreshing and uplifting.  It has been blended to calm mental fatigue, improve concentration and stimulate the senses. Lemon Essential oil is beneficial for calming nervous energy, stilling the mind and centring the body. Bergamot essential oil has been known to uplift the mood.
Grapefruit has traditionally been used for its uplifting properties and has been known to be beneficial in relieving stress and nervous exhaustion. Basil has been known to help clear the mind and relieve intellectual fatigue, while giving clarity and mental strength.
The combination of Bergamot, Lemon, Grapefruit and Basil promotes enhanced mental focus and may help with headache, mental exhaustion and mild anxiety.

HOW TO USE
We recommend 3 singular essential oils to create a beautiful blend. When using singular oils a balanced blend would be;3 drops of Top Note, 2 drops of MiddleNote and 1 drop of Base Note. The basic rule for blending is for every ml 12ml of any base product add 6drops of essential oil and for the face add 2-3 drops in 10ml of base. For use in an oil burner use 6 drops.
